Profound Recruitment

Back in May we agreed to deliver our pre-employability programme for one of our partners - a huge success story as this resulted in over 145 learners receiving 2 quality training programmes. Pre-employability followed by sector specific occupational training. This resulted in 75 learners securing full time employment. We now have plans in place to build on this success, in particular, the growth of our recruitment arm.

A strong emphasis within Profound now is to build on the success of our pre-employability training programmes. Our courses provide candidates with a clear competitive edge at interview whilst equipping them with the skills relevant to their employment. Our pre-employability team have successfully developed a comprehensive portfolio of employers wishing to access the quality 'free recruitment service' we propose to provide.

This 'rounded free recruitment package' is proving to be very popular with employers. Having an occupationally trained employee at the outset is impacting very positively on their business and greatly improving retention levels.
